Because love is the foundation and motivation for all we do, we value:

1.  Community:  Because God is relational, we value community; building strong families, developing healthy relationships and connecting people to one another.  (John 13:34; Acts 42:46-47)

2.  Growth/Transformation:  Because God desires Christ-like maturity, we value personal transformation; growing in our relationships with Christ and developing our gifts, callings and areas of service.  (Ephesians 4:15; 2 Peter 3:18)

3.  Compelling Environments:  Because God is captivating, we value compelling environments; creating gatherings where people can encounter the power and presence of God, in a place that is safe and encouraging.  (Isaiah 6:1-4; 1 Corinthians 14:12)

4.  Diversity:  Because God created all mankind in His image, we value diversity; establishing a multi-ethnic, multi-generational expression of God's church.  (Revelation 7:9; Acts 17:26)

5.  Missional Living:  Because God loves people and is on a mission to reach them, we value missional living; reaching the unsaved and hurting by going to them to share the love and life-changing message of Jesus Christ.
